This project is protected under a non-disclosure agreement and cannot be shared publicly. It involves proprietary warehouse automation software for Onward Robotics. .

The Problem: AMR enabled warehouse picking suffered from confusing workflows, high cognitive load and rigid onboarding bottlenecks across chaotic fulfillment floors.

The Solution: Redesigned the end-to-end UX to make digital and physical touchpoints blend seamlessly. Designed intuitive human-robot interaction (HMI) flows guiding associates on exactly what to pick and where to place items into AMR containers, anchored by robust exception handling and error recovery flows. Optimized multi-device layouts for landscape and portrait orientations to support existing customer scanners without new hardware costs.

The Impact: Validated through internal testing to slash employee training time from 20 minutes down to 3 minutes, while delivering 5–6 seconds of time savings per pick (projected at a 20%+ boost in worker productivity at scale).
